I grew up na si mudrabells ko parating may pastries, bread and ganung ganap sa balur. But kahit talented sya sa cooking portion, inamin naman nya na waley sya talent sa baking at d nya kaya maging panadero. One of my fave baon has always been Hokkaido milk bread. So when French Baker launched Hokkaido! D ako nagpahuli! haha! Hokaido is very fine bread kasi, hindi basta basta na pwede bawat kanto ala pandesal or pande coco. It needs specific and perfect ingredients para maachieve toh. (In order to achieve this, you have to use good quality eggs, good quality flour, Anchor butter and Anchor whip cream para extra sarap) So kahit busy ako, pinatakbo ko si V!

During the event, Hokkaido Cake was introduced at the French Baker in Robinson’s Magnolia by Mr. Johnlu Koa, founder and CEO of French Baker and Chef Pauline Lagdameo of Anchor where they did a cooking demo of how this soft, delicious cake is made.
Hokaido is one of the first cakes sa cakes of the world series of french baker. Shala! D na kailangan magtravel para maging cultured ang tastbuds! haha!
